Use of PostFlow

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, publish, or reply to through PostFlow. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use any connected social account, uploaded media, text, brand material, or other content.

Connected Platforms

PostFlow currently connects Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and OpenAI to provide the product. Future providers such as TikTok may be introduced only after they are configured and verified. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms, policies, and platform rules. PostFlow is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, review decisions, account restrictions, or content moderation decisions made by those third parties.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use PostFlow to publish illegal, deceptive, harmful, hateful, infringing, abusive, spammy, or unauthorized content.
• Do not connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to bypass platform limits, security controls, payment rules, or access restrictions.
• Do not use generated replies or content without reviewing them when review is appropriate.

AI-Generated Content

PostFlow may use AI to generate drafts, analyze media, classify comments, and suggest replies. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing or replying.

Payments and Access

Paid and complimentary access may be limited by duration, feature availability, platform requirements, or service availability. Payment terms shown in the app at checkout apply to the selected plan.

Availability

PostFlow is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, maintenance, platform changes, or product reasons.
