Data deletion
PostFlow Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: June 11, 2026
PostFlow users can request deletion of account data, connected Facebook and Instagram account data, uploaded media, generated drafts, scheduled posts, publishing history, and comment-management records.
How to Request Deletion
- Open the official PostFlow Telegram bot or support channel used to access PostFlow.
- Send a message requesting data deletion and include the Telegram account that uses PostFlow.
- If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or another configured provider, mention which connected accounts should be removed.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from the same Telegram account before deleting data.
What We Delete
- PostFlow project profile and saved business context.
- Uploaded media, generated drafts, schedules, and publishing history where deletion is technically available.
- Stored social account connections, access tokens, account identifiers, comments, and reply records.
- Payment entitlement records when they are no longer needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
External Platform Access
You can also revoke PostFlow access directly from Facebook, Instagram, or another connected provider's settings. Revoking access stops future use of that platform account, but you should still contact PostFlow if you want stored PostFlow data deleted.
Retention
Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, accounting, backups, or dispute resolution. Backup copies are removed on the normal backup retention schedule.
